Subject: Tipping Comp: GRAND FINAL Posted by: Frank p - [30753301] Wed, Aug 30, 01:57 Essendon v Melbourne, 2.45pm Saturday at the MCG To help the stragglers come back into contention this week I have come up with some point variations (these may be changed by a consensus). You must also have a guess at how much your team will win by. Tipping the winner is worth 5 points. Tipping the EXACT winning margin is worth 20 bonus points. Tipping within 6 points (thats a goal either side) will get you 10 bonus points. Tipping within 12 points (two goals either side) will get you 5 bonus points. The first person to track down Chad Henry and exact vengance will be the automatic winner!! Here's how it works, if Melb. win by 78 points and your winning margin is somewhere in the 72 - 84 points range, you get 10 extra points. If you picked them to win by somewhere between 66 - 90 points you get 5 extra points. I know my fellow EFF members are not stupid but I just wanted to spell it out, primarily for Chad. | ||||||

Mrs. Pez tips the Bombers, but only by 7. It would be a great game if it was that close, but I don't think the Demons have it in them. Therefore I'll pick the Dons by 22. I'm arranging a party at a friends house to watch the game live on Fox Sports World. Despite catching some grief from the wife (due to me cancelling earlier plans with friends), I predict the loss of many brave Coopers. Good luck everyone! Lord knows Chad will need it. | |||||

bombers by 15 i was lucky enough to find the grand final on tv, so tonight on the way home from work i'm stopping by the bottle shop to stock up on the cooper's!!! i predict chad makes it on the field, but the bombers and demons both give chad a bit of the boffo before he makes off the grounds! | |||||
