What an interesting week. I was out of town all weekend being sick and feeling like poo, and I come home to a pleasant 'eight'. It made up for a few days of hell with the in-laws. Let's see if I can keep it going:
Ms Pez:
Hawks Eagles Port Lions Dockers Roos Swans Saints
rugg: Hawks Tigers Port Lions Dockers Crows Swannies Dons
Good luck, everyone. You may now turtle.

Out on a limb this week:
Hawthorn (so tempted to go with Carlton, but sticking with the home team) Richmond (they suck, but haven't lost at home. Eagles are a better team but haven't won on the road) Port Back to their winning ways. Frank doesn't need an excuse to drink, but they'll give him one anyway. Can I pick Brisbingwood? Collingbane? Should be a good match. I'm going with the Collingwood Magpies at home Melbourne Some sanity back into my picks Sydney Bulldogs have yet to win at home. The streak continues. Adelaide Like a lot of games, the better team is playing away. The Crows should prevail. Essendon The Bombers aren't as good in the past, and the 'aints aren't as bad. But they have yet to pass each other.
Good luck, all.

Well, just one more week of the teaching to go, then it's back to concentrating on footy tipping and drinking. It's pretty hard to tip after Perm Dude's expert analysis of all the teams, but I feel confident he's missed a couple, so here's the perfect eight.
Hawthorn West Coast Port (rain, hail and gales predicted for this one, should be fun) Fremantle Brisbane (booo!) Adelaide Sydney Essendon Good luck to you all. We have a long weekend this week but I'll be studying, so the drinks will have to wait a little longer.
