I don't think there is anything I could say that would sum up what has happened since I was elected Guru Jr., so I just won't say anything about it. Well anyway, it's been an honor being Guru Jr. but it's time to elect a new Guru Jr.
Your nominees must show sign of Guru-like tendencies, which include but are not limited to statistical support, answering questions, and just being all-around good for the prosperity of this forum. The nominee can also show a sense of humor that makes this forum more enjoyable during hard times.
The winner gets the Guru Jr. nametag for 2 weeks and the honor of choosing the next Guru Jr. based on nominations.
The previous Guru Jr's for this year have been philliephan, Madman, KrazyKoalaBears, RecycledSpinalFluid, Richard, J, philflyboy, JKaye, Dr. Doom, bluehen, azdbacker, allhair allstars, and myself.

The "code" is by blue hen ("b. hen") and it is decoded by shifting the letters one space to the left on the keyboard.
The vote in 12 (b. hen) and 13(dan) would be for twarpy.
17 is a mimic who did not know the code or it's meaning, thus the confusion of C for [.
20 is by Dan, and says "If thats how you feel, Twarpy. I have no problem transferring mine!"

I give many kudos to F Gump. It's taken most of the chatroomers a lot long than that to decipher what we were saying. I don't care what they say, you're all right.
And yes, I vote for Twarpy. While Chris is often the subject of disputed Guru Jr. votes, Twarpy goes most unappreciated on these boards. We recently had an offline draft, and Twarpy went into Yahoo and inputted the picks real time. That's great, but even better because Twarpy did it TWICE. He's the comsummate contributor here and very good at all the fantasy sports he plays. It's his week (sorry Ira, but you just don't deserve it. I'm still trying to figure out why I'm not winning despite having 85 mil).

I've gotta vote for Twarpy. For most of this year we were in a nice battle in SW, but he's since pulled away. I was also in both the leagues that Sir Hen spoke of, and Twarpy was very helpful in getting that started and finished.
