Alrighty then. Nothing beats the massive selection in Louisiana, from what I somewhat recall. ;)

I got a "Fiery Four" giftpack for Christmas, they say they are made with the datil pepper, as in "datil do it." All of them contain habanero peppers. I still have two bottles left, I guess I'm really more of a salsa man.

love endorphine rush and use it all the time. for a good flavored sauce with medium heat, try 'jump up and kiss me'. i think it's made by the people who make insanity sauce. great on eggs.

Don't waste your time with organic peppers. Only pure capsaicin extract has the 500K Scoville Units you crave.

Go to Capsaicin Extract and place your order. It's really good on a cabbage and velveeta omelette.

I don't know if Americans are familiar with Jamaican sauces, which are known here because Toronto has a large Jamaican community. Jerk sauces are, ummmmmmmmmmmmm, hot. Here's a link to a page showing some.

And although it isn't the hottest sauce in the world, I think any hot sauce fan should try Buffalo's Anchor Bar chicken wing sauce, from the bar that claims to have invented to them. It is the best chicken wing sauce I've ever had.

If you are ever in Chicago...visit "Heaven on Seventh"...a cajun resturaunt. This guy has like over 5000 different hot sauces on the wall. If you bring him one he doesn't have you eat for free. Each table has a few dozen sauces on it to try out.

Lately I have been really getting into some of the Carribean hot sauces. Many are made with mangos and other fruit and also a few scotch bonnet peppers ;-) to kick it up a few notches. I really like the initial sweetness and then the overwhelming heat. They all have a good flavor. Inner Beauty is a good example. Jump and Kiss Me has a little of that going for it.

A lot of the hot sauces I have tried especially the hotter ones taste like S@#T. I really like a hot sauce that is not only hot but tastes decent.

I have some pure capsaicin...Pure Caps...bought it in Chicago...the guy made me sign a release form. This stuff is too hot to do much with...best just to show people the bottle.

I collected most of my collection about 10-12 years ago. I really should look them over and see if any are worth anything. I have a lot with the original labels that are no longer available.

ROTFLMAOff at post 8, pfc123!!!!

I hope you are from a small town and that incident made the local paper. Hospitalizing your friends and classmates can be so funny!

I don't know what I like more about Hot Sauces, the heat or the names. Pain and Suffering is a favorite of mine and anything with skulls.
