The only words of it I could remember, were, "I'm not sick, but I'm not well..." Anyone know? It's a cool song, but kinda hard to explain..

What's the song on the Sopranos? It's slow and mellow and I heard it on a Simpson's episode as well when the mob guy was driving his van to go kill Homer.

The title theme? It's called Woke Up This Morning (Chosen One)
lyrics
It's available on The Sopranos soundtrack.

No. The name actually doesn't involve a catch phrase from the song (which is odd these days).

For What It's Worth (Crosby Stills & Nash)

There's something happening here, what it is ain't exactly clear.
There's a man with a gun over there, telling me I've got to beware.
I think it's time we stop, children, what's that sound, everybody look, what's going down.

There's battle lines are being drawn. Nobody's right if everybody's wrong.
Young people speaking their minds are getting so much resistance from behind.
Time we stop, hey, what's that sound, everybody look, what's going down.

What a field day for the heat. A thousand people in the street
singing songs and carrying signs, mostly say "hooray for our side."
It's time we stop, hey, what's that sound, everybody look, what's going down.

Paranoia strikes deep. Into your life it will creep.
It starts when you're always afraid. Step outta line, the man come and take you away.
We better stop, hey, what's that sound, everybody look, what's going down.
We better stop, hey, what's that sound, everybody look, what's going down.
We better stop, hey, what's that sound, everybody look, what's going down.
We better stop, hey, what's that sound, everybody look, what's going down…

I think "For What it's Worth" was done by Buffalo Springfield, though the band did include Stills and Young.

you know, ttz, I was going to post the same thing. (One too many 'behind the musics' for me... Neil Young also owns the Lionel model train company.)

It was definitely Buffalo Springfield (which did include Stills and Young). Nash and Crosby had nothing to do with it.

Man, you guys are good. Didn't realize that many people would be music historians-----I have Buffalo Springfield, several Stephen Stills solo albums, CSNY, CSN, and of course solo Neil. Stills wrote it, I believe, as it's on one of his solos I have. I've seen Neil in concert alone, as well as CSN. Great, great stuff all around, IMHO.

Now let's flash back to the present, and to people who would only recognize Crosby Stills and Nash......lol

Kudos to my brothers in tune.

For What It's Worth...a classic Budweiser song. I believe that was from the era of the Budweiser ants.

I remember being little and loving the sound of the song "Southern Cross." That and "Eye in the Sky" are two of the first songs I can remember liking.
