Good thing you guys don't know my real name otherwise one (or more of you) would tell my friends and I'd never live this down.
I'm ordering a personalized Yankee jersey for myself and I need to know for sure what jersey number Roger Clemens wore as a Yankee. The Yanks are my favorite team, Clemens is my favorite player of all time.
I'm pretty certain that he wore 22 as a Yankee. I know he wore 21 earlier with the Blue Jays and I think with the BoSox. It's just that I'm going to spend about $150 on the jersey and I want it right.
Can someone in RotoLand please confirm Roger Clemens jersey number when he was with the Yankees?
Thanks. |

What are you going to just wear it around your house so no one else can see it?

Under his other clothes, of course.
So when he's at the game, and Roger just can't go that day, they can scan the stands, point to Boxman, and say "YOU! Boxman! Get in there!"

ROFLMAO!!!
Hey it might work. :)
Instead of getting a steady dose of 90 MPH heaters, the opposition would see my "devastating" 40 MPH "heater" and might get fooled. I'm sure it would be around the 2nd pitch that a ball leaves the yard. This assumes I can pitch it that far with any type of accuracy to begin with. I was 1B in little league.

The Yankees don't put names on their uniforms. Is your name " "?

Good point C1-NRB, but I thought a customized jersey of my favorite ball club would be cool.

The jersey arrived a while ago. I'll have it handy when the Yanks come to Chicago to play the White Sox and I'm there for the games. It looks great.
This way when I'm put in the game like Perm Dude said I'll already have a uniform. You guys might want to watch the Yanks/ChiSox series in May and June. :)
