Subject: Appeal denied for CDM vs. MLB case

The U.S. Supreme Court announced today that it will not hear an appeal from Major League Baseball Advanced Media and the MLB Players' Association to overturn lower court rulings that allowed CDM Fantasy Sports to use players' names and statistics without a licensing fee.
