Hey Austin,
Cost of league dependson the league. The best thing you can do is stick around these boards. Commishes are starting to organize their keeper leagues and players are startig to put together annual leagues. Openings usuallhy pop up and posted. Just respond to them.
If you get an invite the surest way to make ita good experience and get invited back is to stay active.
