Uggla is a Brave! WooHoo!!! Reunites him with his ex-Marlin manager and will certainly help the middle of the Braves lineup. |

Great deal for the Braves. Infante and Mike Dunn are both pretty worthless, in my opinion. Uggla is oft-overrated but oft-powerful. He'll be the big middle infield bat this team hasn't had in a while.
The Braves do have other issues, but they made the playoffs with this team and added one of the better non-free-agents out there.

Pretty shocking that it only took that to get Uggla on the first day of the GM meetings.

Yeah, not sure what the Marlins are doing. They overpaid John Buck for some reason and then let Uggla go on the cheap. With all the pitching prospects Atlanta has, how do they only end up with Mike Dunn??

A's claimed E5 Edwin Encarnacion. They also traded minor league player(s?) for David DeJesus.
They then traded Rajai Davis to the Jays for 2 minor league relievers.
A much needed addition of speed to the Blue Jays franchise. Jose Bautista started last season as the leadoff hitter. Then Fred Lewis was claimed. Then Travis Snider even did it for a bit.
If Rajai hits, he will lead off next season.
