Subject: RIBC AA "The Underdog League" sign ups

Getting the AA league sign ups started. We can pool managers here and if slots open in higher leagues, Guru can grab from here to fill up the higher levels.
We'll use kafenatid for our draft and Yahoo for our season.
Positions, rules, bench, dl etc will be the same as Guru's RIBC league.

Looks like you have 22 so far. There's a good chance that two will be advanced to AAA from the waiting list. So maybe you have only 20.
Two full leagues requires 32. That number seems unlikely, unless we allow duplicate managers.
We have a few more days to recruit, so if you can all try to recruit a friend, that would be the best solution.
In the end, we'll have 3 options:
1. Set up a single 16-team league, and those on the AA waiting list are out of luck.
2. Allow managers in another league to have a second team in order to fill a second AA league.
3. Set up two AA leagues with each having less that the full complement of 16 managers.
or - some combination of 2 & 3.
I would certainly not want to set up AA leagues with any less than 12 managers, and the closer to 16, the better - since that impacts the overall depth of players selected. With 16 teams, rosters will total 400 players. With 12 people, only 300 are needed. That's a big difference.

Guru - that is 2 leagues of 13 which is 1 over the minimum you posted. Obvoiusly if we can get more and get closer to 16 per league the better, but does it seem like we're at a point to officially have 2 leagues?

The yahoo league is at 13. While this isn't full (full is 16), it is the min we figured each league would have. Until espn is at 13, please sign up in espn.
Wolfer and I will be in touch w/ each other to keep these balanced. Once at 13 at espn, I'll repost and its pretty much open season for either league, then.
