April 10: Chicago White Sox at Cleveland Indians
Tuesday night's game between the White Sox and Indians at Progressive Field was postponed because of bad weather. No makeup date was announced, but the game will probably be played when Chicago visits the Tribe for a three-game series from May 7-9.

April 20: Rangers at Tigers
The Rangers' game with the Tigers on Friday night was postponed by rain, and the two teams will play a day-night doubleheader on Saturday, April 21, at Comerica Park. The first game will be at 12;05 p.m. CT, and the second game is scheduled for 6:05 p.m. at Comerica. Matt Harrison, who was scheduled to pitch Friday, will pitch the first game, and Neftali Feliz will start the second game for the Rangers. Rick Porcello will pitch the first game for the Tigers and Justin Verlander will start the second game.

April 22: Giants at Mets
A rainstorm that is expected to drop 2-1/2 inches of rain on New York has forced postponement of Sunday’s game at Citi Field. It will be made up as part of a traditional doubleheader Monday, April 23, starting at 4:10 p.m. EDT. Tim Lincecum, who was scheduled to start, said he will pitch the opener Monday against Miguel Batista, with Madison Bumgarner pitching the nightcap against Dillon Gee. Johan Santana was supposed to pitch Monday.

May 1: Cubs at Reds
Tuesday night's game between the Cubs and Reds was postponed because of rain; no makeup date was set. The NL Central rivals are scheduled to play a night game on Wednesday and a day game on Thursday that completes the series. They have one more series in Cincinnati from August 17-19, when they would likely make up the rained-out game.

June 1: Braves at Nationals
The Nationals announced they have postponed Friday night’s game with the Braves due to severe weather. The Nationals have not made anything official in regard to a make-up date and will announce the plan in coming days. Manager Davey Johnson said he thinks the teams will reschedule it for sometime in August. (The Nationals host the Braves August 20-22.)

The Orioles' postponed game with the Blue Jays will be played as the first game of a single-admission doubleheader September 24 at 4:05 p.m. Gates will open at 3:00 p.m. and the second game of the doubleheader will not start before 7:05 p.m.
