it took every trick up my sleeve to get 15th in aaa yahoo last year! (a lot of the tricks didn't work, of course)
i've got some worries about how i'll fare in aa. hoping the last couple seasons were just bad luck, in what has to be one of the most unforgiving formats out there!

All of the RIBC results (just the top league) are archived.
You can find many of the QL results in this forum (just do a search on retrospective in the subject ), but some are missing.
But the biggest problem is that most posted standings only refer to team name, and not to the manager name, so it's impossible to tabulate any type of cumulative records by manager.

Mind if i give it a shot? I'm retired and may have the time to research.
Where I was leading with this was, do we award a cross sport champ each year, a la "Capital One Cup". But I am certain the answer to that is no.
Is that something that might be fun to do?

Sent a compiled stats sheet going back to 2005 to Guru. Was interesting to see how things evolved over the years, and to see who was dominating. I think most would be surprised to see how few holes I left when correlating the team owners. If you are interested in getting a copy of the spreadsheet I made, send me an e-mail.

I am better at RIFC... One crazy year in the top 3 of G20, but the rest of the time just middling in RIBC.

This is my 5th year playing baseball here. I haven't played Football on rotoguru yet, but I will this fall. I do pretty well in my other ffl leagues, but the level of competition isnt as high as it is here.
Anyway, I will start on RIHC in a few days. The big three sports invitationals is all I thought I would include in a "capital one cup" calculation.
Perhaps once I generate the compilations, we can have a lively discussion about how points should be distributed to declare a Guru-and Champ, or even to give this competition another suitable Guru name.

Just using RIBC rankings (16pts for 1st, down to 1 point for 16th) since 2004. Awarded bonus 20pts for 1sts, 10pts for 2nds, 5pts for 3rds. .
