Guy was only 22 years old and had a HUGE future. So sad to see him go.

:'( probably my favorite prospect ever to be called up.
I made sure to own him in every league I participated in with the exception of G20. BMD received weekly emails from me about trading him and he wouldn't budge.
Nevertheless, a shame we won't get to see him blossom...RIP

Wow. His GF was killed, too, and it sounds like his speeding played a part. Very sad.

Horrible. Sad to think that had the Cardinals made it to the series, he'd still be around. That's just how it goes.

while i am disappointed we won't get to see what kind of numbers he might have put up in his career, my sympathy is muted considerably with the knowledge that his blood alcohol level was FIVE TIMES OVER THE LEGAL LIMIT.
