I have sent out emails to everyone who played in one of the RIBC leagues in 2018. If you played last year and didn't receive anything (check your spam folder), please let me know ASAP.
So far, all 16 invitees have accepted for the top RIBC league. I've also received affirmative responses from 33 people for qualifying leagues, with 15 other responses still pending.
Last year, we had the top RIBC league plus three qualifying leagues (two AAA, one AA). My first order of business is to determine whether we have enough interest to run three qualifying leagues again this year.
I have Judy, Toral, Wolfer, and perhaps Khahan as volunteers to commish again this year. So we should be good to go on that front.
If you did not participate last season but would like to try it, please send me an email at davehall@rotoguru2.com. Be aware that league organization and drafting will take place during the last week of February and most of the month of March, so you will generally need to have internet access throughout the entire month.

If you've never done RIBC I highly recommend it, very competitive and fun free league with some of the best Fantasy Baseball Minds out there.

Completely agree with MattG - I quit playing money and all other leagues several years ago, but continue to stick with this one as there's simply no better competition to be found.

At this time, I have 39 returning managers expressing interest in a qualifying league. Two of last year's managers have not yet responded:

League assignments are posted below. If you are in a AAA league, I was able to honor your preference of a hosting site, if you expressed a preference.
The AA league will be hosted at ESPN. So far, I have assigned 14 teams to that league, which includes four duplicate teams (i.e., managers who are also running a AAA team). I will keep the last two spots open for a few more days, in case any more newcomers appear. Otherwise, I'll fill those last two slots with duplicates as well.
Each commissioner will be notified of manager emails momentarily, so that the registration process can begin. I have asked each commish to start a league thread in the Baseball leagues & standings forum.
