You can post your rationales here, in groups of 5 rounds (round 1-5, 6-10, 11-15, etc). At this point we can say this is completely optional and just for fun.

I knew I wouldn't have time for rationales, but think could find some time for the below "Draft Recap". Love to see others thoughts too...

1. What was your plan/strategy entering the draft? Were you able to execute as you had planned?

2. What were your favorite picks? What picks would you like to do over?

3. Looking over all of the teams, which ones do you like the most (other than your own)?

4. What surprised you most about the draft?

5. If you could start the whole thing over, would you do anything differently?

1. What was your plan/strategy entering the draft? Were you able to execute as you had planned?
The plan was to not take a SP until the 7th at the earliest because pitchers suck and are ticking time-bombs. As far as doing that, I was successful, and still cobbled together a decent starting staff.

2. What were your favorite picks? What picks would you like to do over? The two young OF's taken in the later rounds were probably my favorite picks - James Wood and Colton Cowser. We'll see how early they come up and what they can do. I can't really say I had a do-over as of yet. There was one pick I couldn't figure out but I think I did okay on.

3. Looking over all of the teams, which ones do you like the most (other than your own)? A few stood out. twilson because he was my turn neighbor and would snipe guys between my picks. Also having Acuna is nice head-start. I like Sanfordors team as well. Solid. Everyone has better pitching than me.

4. What surprised you most about the draft?
The closer run. We hadnt seen a real one in a few years, but damm if every single viable closer went off the board by my 8-9 turn. That is where I got stuck, because I had intended to get a closer at the 9th, and ended up getting two starters there after literally 45 minutes sitting on that pick trying to figure out what to do.

5. If you could start the whole thing over, would you do anything differently? Not really. Hard to read that that run was going to happen and I really wanted Muncy in the 7th.
