First of - I used the filters and read the other threads regarding HTML and the lessons. However, I did not find - or perhaps I just overlooked it - anything about how to post a table from excel into a thread.
Any quick tips on how to do that - Thanks all |

apollo,
that is very easy to do. Just create the table in excel, then click on file, then save as a web site. Then load up the website on your harddrive, and look at the source code. Copy and paste that source code into the thread. If you have any problems, give me an email.

I just tried it and it didn't work from the spreadsheet or from the Front Page Table->Select operation. No borders show up.Sorry I can't help.

Hey here is a lo-tech solution that might work. If you can export the table to word as text, not as an emmbedded object, then you could post the table using the (PRE)(/PRE) tag. The PRE tag is for preformatted text and will let you post tables without affecting the spacing of the columns.

Pink Pimp's lo-tech solution seems to work the best - at least it's the only one that my hindered knowledge would allow to work.
Thanks all....

what I have noticed is that I have problems exporting excel files as HTML it jumbles up the table and moves stuff if not aligned right, I like to make the table in Excel copy it to word and then may the word document an HTML file, that is what I have been doing for Todd's Website and it looks fine...
