Grats Gump! You smoked us all in points perhaps, but I smoked you all in cash ;) It's weird trying to win in both points and money. I had to take a lot of chances, but at least it paid off to land one prize.

Actually the team that finished 2nd was my 14-year old son's team - we conferred and made many of the same moves, but not all.

Well played F Gump, congrats on the victory. I totally enjoyed this 500k game and especially competing against those who stayed active until the end. Looking forward to a similar battle in hoops if it can be arranged.

Congrats F Gump!
The outcome was decided well before I quit using my remaining trades but I continued to peek in on the standings.
Congrats to you as well Ref for gaining all the moolah. Originally I was working towards that but had good point totals and never really decided on the right direction for this team.
Dropping Kim when his price was over a million as he went on his hot streak really crushed my hopes. Next year I will be much more patient with dropping players.
Again, congrats to both of you!

Well done to all of us survivors.
I can honestly say that this has been the best fun of an extremely enjoyable (and occasionally infuriating ... can I get one last Ramoan?) season.
Something about this 500K game negates some of the advantage you guys have being real close to the action, and allows a trans-Atlantic amateur statistician/gambler a crack at the dizzy heights!
Thanks again to all, but especially to pd for the impetus and to J and philflyboy for the daily updates.

Congrats F Gump! Nice job. Gave it my best shot, but knew a long time ago I was playing for no better than 3rd. Finished 4th, but it was fun.
