Well the draft is 3 days old so I'm wondering if all players have cleared waivers. I'd like to make a claim but I want to make sure. How long should i wait? |

Pride, IMO you can claim players when ever you want. But that is just my vote. I guess we will have to wait and see what others think.

I guess the draft techincally isn't 3 days old yet. The WW priority still stands until Feb. 28th at 22:22 EST. After that claims can be made freely.

The roster's aren't set yet, once they are, I say the three day waiver period starts then. And we still don't have everybody in teh league (one short).
And Edgar Martinez isn't listed for some reason.

okay, whatever. I don't see what setting the rosters has to do with players clearing waivers but I'm not going to argue.

I don't think waiting for the roster to be set is too big of a deal. It will give us time to make sure we have all the I's dotted and T's crossesd before we start messing things up again. :)

Let's just say if a certain player is traded between now and the 3 days after the last player decides to get his ass in our league and get the rosters set then it will be a big deal.

one more thing. in yahoo you can put a player on injured reserve, and pick up another player, thereby having 26 players on your team. anyone have any objections to this? i think the commish can disallow this if he wanted.

how can we pick up players when our team rosters aren't even set? don't you have to waive a player before you can pick one up? You guys are way eager to start hitting the waiver wire. Let's get the league set first that way we'll know who's been dropped to make the new additions. Someone may want to pick up the dropped player and how do we know what the waiver wire priority list is if the league isn't set. There is an order in this is there not.

If we were waiting untill 3 days of the lg being up I'm going to have to ask MNG to place Salmon back on waivers.
