Probably not. It would be pretty difficult and you're usually forced to pick some teams that you really don't care for towards the end of the season just to get the $ amount right. I'm sure it could be done, but it would be extremely difficult.

Possible, but very unlikely. The only way I can see that happening is if someone gets a huge lead near the end of the month.
