Since Khahan has elected not to nominate a player I would like to wait too, I suggested we have a rule where you must nominate someone, but apparently that fell on deaf ears, so until theres a ruling I'm going to not put another player on the board until I feel it is appropriate.

Sorry for taking so long. The hotel I was at didn't have an internet connection, and even though I had my laptop I wasn't able to make it to any internet cafes or whatnot. I did however make a point to stop at a hotel on the way back home that had internet. :) Still I am 12 hours from my home "fantasy" base.

I am not going to bid on accardo or rauch. Since JT and Ihatephilly dont have the cash they also are not biddy. well I think that if someone won a player and can keep announcing $1 that is fine (like JT was doing earlier). Wat we need to figure out is what we do when we ahve run out of players on the board.
For example if WG can keep his lead after say me and Kyle have all our players and he has $5 for 5 players then he gets to keep naming until he is done because he earned the lead. After that we would have to figure out how JT and ihatephilly settle the rest of their players. i more likely scenario is maybe WG or Kyle gets to name 2 in a row instead of 5

This extended agony is getting quite unfair as theoretically those with slots left can sit back and watch spring training developments then pull in guyz whose stock goes up, at your leisure.
I suggest this draft be ended within 48 hours.

yea im getting impatient waiting too and I still have slots to fill. The last few days have been really slow. people are definitely taking a more relaxed approach to checking in. Tried speeding in up by cutting the 8 hour clock by passing but that hasnt been effective at all. Not really sure of a fair way to expedite things. maybe allow everyone to announce 1 more player so that there are more on the board?

yea theres not much which can be done with only 3 players on the board things are gunna move slow. But also seems new players are taking awhile to be put up. WG was out of town and owede 2 players for 36 hrs leaving only one on the board. kyle has no owed a player for 16 hrs (granted thats overnight and on a weekend.) Probably moreso just with so fewq players on the board you realize when there is a slowdown at on point as there isnt anything else to grab our attention. I do think it would be nice if we could find a time wen everyone is around and solve this in a somewhat live fashion as it is silly to wait 8 when there really arent any bids.

I really think that the 5 people left should name one player to the board and that we should drop the clock down to 6 hours. After someone completes their roster the person with the least amount of players won should name a player to the board.

I think if we allow all people to add a player that change alone gets this thing over in a couple days. i believe there is something like 18 more players to be drafted only so with 8 on the board the draft cant go on that long. i am also against the rule which gives the people with the most players left the ability to announce another player and don't think it is needed.
I think if all people left check and in say they are in favor of an additional player added per team that rule should go into effect as a FFA as soon as the last person agrees. So far me and Kyle have agreed. JT? Ihatephilly? WG?

alright we can put it off then. Should be pretty soon that we get to the point where u guys get your players since there are only 6 more players needed by the 3 teams with money and we each have a bid out on a player. hopefully by tomorrow we can be finished and you and JT can do your draft

DPR why don't you just take the players you need to fill your roster. Don't you have enough money to bid $4 on each player and no one can match?

Sorry I have not been around. I have been working at the job for 10 hours a day and on remodling project for another 5. Been pretty damn buzy.
Id like to thank DPR, Kyle, Philly, Toral and whoever else has been helping out the past few days to get this done.
Ill check in tonight again around 9 central time to see where we are at.
