The Perfect Keeper League will be playing it's 12th season. It is a 10-team contracts keeper league with a 30 player active roster and 10 man prospect roster. There's a salary cap and claim-based free agent acquisitions.
We have a team open this year that has just gotten through a rough stretch - the team was irrevocably over the cap 3 years ago and had to release or trade all of its players. The team has some promising young players on its prospect roster, and at least a dozen extra draft picks over the next 3 or 4 seasons. (The former owner traded most of his ML assets for future draft picks.) A challenge to be sure, but there is something to work with.

I might be interested. But I think the other teams might need to open up a bit to make it a little more attactive (perhaps a sort of expansion draft where they keep open 5 players each for the "bad" team to draft, say X number of players to help get them through this rough patch).

A mini-expansion draft (of non-keepers) is how we brought some new guys into F101 league and they at least had decent starting lineups. I think in a $$$ league that's the only fair thing to do. I'm not sure if money is involved here or not.

The has a pretty good list of prospects that are long overdue for a callup (this league allows for prospects to stay that way indefinitely).
Essentially, the team will start with:
Verlander
McCutchen
Cespedes
Espinosa
Darvish
Goldschmidt
And some lesser players:
Romero
A Sanchez
J Montero
Pagan
In addition to that, the team has 8 picks in the top 3 rounds of the supplemental draft this year, and 9 in 2014. All told, 24 extra picks in the next 5 years, 16 of which are in the first 3 rounds.
