Here are the usual questions but feel free to comment however you wish!

We can add it here if people like. The basic questions....

1. What was your plan/strategy entering the draft? Were you able to execute as you had planned?

2. What were your favorite picks? What picks would you like to do over?

3. Looking over all of the teams, which ones do you like the most (other than your own)?

4. What surprised you most about the draft?

5. If you could start the whole thing over, would you do anything differently?

Non-managers are also free to post comments or ask questions.

BLUE HEN RIBC RECAP

1. Plan

Same as always, go heavy on power and relievers. With Votto, Stanton, and Upton (and Moss) hitting and Jansen, Robertson, and Hunter pitching, I think this worked out perfectly.

2. Favorite Picks

Looking closer, I think Billy Hamilton is my favorite pick. Hard to envision a scenario where he doesn't steal 50 bases. And I could see 80 or 90 as well. When I took him in the 4th round, it felt like a reach, but now I feel like I would have taken him in the 3rd.

3. All Teams

Half these managers are in G20. Toral won G20 in 2012, so you can never count him out in any league, ever. And he has good makeup - wish I would have made room for Santana, Rendon, Holliday, and Markakis on my own team. Some gambles in his starting pitching, but the upside is there.

Also really like Tosh's team - they'll be tough to beat.

4. Surprises

Honestly, the hitters that went later than they should. Votto, Stanton, and Upton all went much later than I expected and I'm really happy to have them. And Matt Holliday was still around in round 5! I would have taken him but already had 3 outfielders and a 1B. Big value there. Maybe I missed out on other positions because of it, but I think you guys may have missed the boat on these early hitters.

5. Whole Thing Over

No way. I intend to win this year. If I don't, I suspect it'll be pitching that does me in - Weaver, Nova, and Burnett as my three starters could blow up. And my MI guys were all drafted late, but I'm generally happy with who I have.

And real happy to have Billy Hamilton.

1. What was your plan/strategy entering the draft? Were you able to execute as you had planned?I wanted to focus on as many categories early, allowing myself to fill in later with specific targets. I also wanted to not draft as much pitching as I always seem to draft too much and end up sitting guys at the end of the year. I got close to accomplishing this, Still took a lot more pitching and I think I neglected steals a bit.

2. What were your favorite picks? What picks would you like to do over?Verlander in the 5th was great value imo, Brad Miller should have 2 position availability and I like him this year for the 11th round. Avisail Garcia is another guy I'm high on especially for the 19th round. I would like to do over 21-25, I just was too busy at work and not paying as much attention. I just went through my queue.

3. Looking over all of the teams, which ones do you like the most (other than your own)? Tosh has a well rounded team, he might need some more power. Vampire weekend's team looks great too and I think bluehen could have something with the 3 man rotation.

4. What surprised you most about the draft? Like BH said, how long some people lasted, Holliday, Verlander, etc.

5. If you could start the whole thing over, would you do anything differently? Probably focus a bit more and not drafting too much pitching, I always draft too much.
