Quote of the day
"We can all count, and those points would have helped." -- Eagles head cosch Andy Reid, after a 5-point loss in which Philly kicker David Akers missed two “makeable” field goals

Daily blurb
Three road teams won in the NFL this weekend. And the home team that did win was the one that was the biggest underdog. Go figure.

Suffice it to say that this is a better day for Nick Folk than it is for David Akers.

Only one Football Pickoff entry had a perfect slate this weekend, including a double of Seattle. Congrats to Raz2. Two other slates had all four winners correctly picked, but those two each doubled Indy.

Some RotoHog salary cap managers aren’t paying attention. Tyreke Evans was one of the top price gainers in both game formats, in spite of the fact that he was listed as doubtful a day in advance, and clearly announced as out on Sunday morning. I suppose that the 1pm game time may have caught some people off guard, but even so, this one shouldn’t have been a surprise.

How do you get all 4 right AND double Indy (which lost)?

I think he meant the "Indy game." I had the same reaction.

Yes, they doubled the Indy game.

Guess I could have said that better...
