For those who have been patiently (or not-so patiently) waiting, GuruGolf should be launched this weekend. Next week’s tournament (Farmers Insurance Open) will be a preseason event, and the regular season will start with the Waste Management Phoenix Open in the first week of February. I have typically waited until this time to launch GuruGolf for a couple of reasons: (1) I want to delay the setup work until after the Christmas holidays, and (2) I want to avoid the Bob Hope Classic, since it has five rounds, and I don’t want to have to modify the programming to accommodate that.
For those of you who can’t wait for baseball to start, I now have the 2011 MLB Schedule loaded in the typical RotoGuru color coded table format. There is also a non-color coded version available in spreadsheet format.
