The Yankees avoided a sweep last night when the weather radar forced a postponement. But even so, they probably lost the ability to bring Sabathia back for a possible game 7 start (now on only 2-days rest), since the intervening off-day was sacrificed. Of course, it’s unlikely that a game seven will be needed. As of this moment, 71 Football Pickoff contestants (81%) have picked San Francisco to beat Seattle tonight. That’s not surprising.
