Hey all, I am disappointed with the feedback I got back from Yahoo regarding their format.
The main things I am disappointed with are lack of commisioner control (I couldn't do a start/bench for a member of my league who emailed me an emergency request and their whole season was screwed up because I couldn't do anything about it). Secondly, not being able to select 2 "Group A" drivers or at least reducing the pool in this group (with most of the drivers wasting away on the bench in this category), and the complete lack of a chase/playoff format to keep interest up all season in our fairly deep leagues (which would only keep more teams interested across the whole season and increase their website hits, so bad business on their part).
Does anyone know of any other free sites that offer these things? |

deepsnapper and I played a year or two ago in NASCAR.com's game--an auction league, as I recall.
I'd certainly sign on to another league. Anyone try TSN?

Anyone play in a non-Yahoo league? KKB maybe?
Do your leagues dock the drivers who fail inspection? Carl Edwards failed last week and I was thinking they would dock the equal number of points from the people that started him. Yesterday, same scenario- "Reed Sorenson finished 10th, but his car was found to be too low in postrace inspection"
I emailed Yahoo and they said they were doing nothing about it. I personally think if you had the guy who got penalized, you should be docked as well. Anyone else?
They don't even address the situation on the main homepage or anything. They really pay absolutely no attention to this game and drives me insane. And to have a league that doesn't have a Chase/Playoff format is moronic. Half the league quits paying attention (less website hits people!) when they fall out of it. If there was a Chase format (like in real life) those at the bottom would fight at least until 10 races to go to get into "The Chase" and increasing site traffic.
