This thing must be some new spyware that is invulnerable to the scans or they don't know anything about it. Anybody figure out how to get rid of it? |

I haven't had any experience removing this beastie. Luckily, I've avoided running into it on the Internet. However, I just Googled 'offeroptimizer' and found this interested thread about removing it. Check out this link TechSupportForum to the thread which might give you some hints on what to do next. The dialogue on this tech support forum talks about HijackThis which I don't have any experience with either.

Screw it, it just keeps coming back again and again after I follow the steps there. I've already switched to Mozilla and I'll never look back.
