Subject: Document (Word) Recovery

Hey guys- my girlfriend was just on my computer about an hour ago, and closed off all the windows, including a Word Document I had just started this afternoon. I didn't ever save it. I am just wondering, is there anyway to get that file back?
I checked the help section in Word, but they only seem to talk about Recovery if the system crashes.

Sometimes the document is still accessible via the windows temp folder off your hard drive. As long as windows has not been restarted yet etc..
