Last is easy: Go to the web site in question, and copy the address into your clipboard. Come back here, click on the link below the response box which says "Click here to create and insert a link" A box will come up, asking you to insert the link. Do it and press enter. A second box will come up, asking you to give it a name. Do that and click enter. The link will be pasted at the bottom of the response box. | ||||||

Last first: At the bottom of the page, Guru has put a great little feature entitled "Click here to create and insert a link." 1. [i] text [/i] - replace [ with < 2. same as above, but with b instead of i. 3. [img src=web address of pic] - replace [ with < | ||||||

To start with, when you see a square bracket ([ or ]), that should be replaced with a < or a >. Italics = [i]Italics[/i] Bold = [b]Bold[/b] Underline = [u]Underline[/u] Indented text = [blockquote] Type type type Blah blah blah [/blockquote]
To post an image, first you have to find a host for it. For example, the link to DPS's logo is http://www.deadparrots.net/media/parrot_logo.gif. To have this show up on the webpage: [img src="http://www.deadparrots.net/media/parrot_logo.gif"]  A link? Click the "Click here to create and insert a link" right below the window that you type the message in. Follow the directions. | ||||||
