Subject: Anyone know what this is?

When I shut down my computer, it always has a delay because it says their is a program that is still running - HPCMPMGER.EXE
When I look in "My Documents" on my C drive there is a file there that is a 0KB Text Document titled HPCMPMGRR (not exactly the same but close).
If I try to delete it, is says it can't be deleted because it is being used by another person or program. |

From what I understand, the program belongs to HP computers. Disable it in your startup
settings and see if this causes problems. If not, remove it.
