Ok ok, it's a universal remote. But I lost the instruction booklet and I don't know how to reprogram it. I have an RCA TV.

Did a google search, the company that makes it is Tritronics Inc. No online manuals, and their FAQ wasn't all that helpful. Your best bet would probably be to call their help line. Or just buy a new remote. ;)
