Searching high and low I found out that this file has alot to do with CWS stuff and someone said to deleted so I got rid of it and it fixed most problems. But now trying to move on with things I need that file, (if I only would have read further into it). So would anyone have a good idea where to find it? |

On your windows cd? If not, off the web....don't have time to google it right now, but most files that really are needed are available for download.

I cleaned out my bin when I did it. I have googled it a few times just not sure which to get.

What operating system ??
If it's 98 or ME you can click on start then run the type sfc and choose single file and type in the name. You will probably need your CD

I was able to get it off my cd. But of course it started up alot of the popup's and malware stuff again.

rundll32.exe is the windows-process that loads some of the DLLs on your windows system. it looks like the spyware you have on your system sits somewhere on your pc and gets executed with all the other dlls that are loaded at startup.
try this:
start -> run -> msconfig, select the startup-tab and look if one or more of the listed processes are rundll32-processes. deactivate them one by one and check if this is the cause
or this:
there is a little program called listdlls that you can download. open a dos-box and enter "listdlls rundll32.exe" and you will see all DLLs that all rundll32-processes have currently loaded. one or more of these DLLs could be your problem. rename DLLs in question and look if it gets better after a reboot. be aware that these DLLs could be used by the windows system itself.
with listdlls without parameter you can also list all the DLLs that are currently loaded on your system.
