My name keeps getting kicked out all the time and I have to go and reset my # to get my name that guru has on here. Could it be each time I run Ad-Aware it takes that file away that stores it here? Anyone else have the problem? |

Don't delete your cookies when you run AdAware. There's really no need to and that's probably causing the problem.

I don't think I do. Maybe who knows. Never put two and two about the "tracking cookies". Just figured i'd get rid of everything.

Yeah, the "Tracking Cookies" are actually your cookies. So when you delete those, it's the same as hitting "Delete Cookies" in IE.

I kept doing the same thing. On my home computer, I ran ad-aware and deleted every cookie. I had the test forum opened in my browser. I reset my ID and ran ad-aware again. I quarantined the one and only cookie that popped up. Haven't had to reset my ID since.

What's wrong with Ad-aware? I've never had any problems with it, nor have I heard any knocks against it and Download.com (CNet) gave it a 5 rating (out of 5).
