0 Subject: Spybot Finds "Windows IE Problem"

Running Spybot, it finds a problem called "Windows IE". Opening up to find details, it gives details as:
"Library
C:\Windows\WindowsIE.dll"

I am just checking to reassure myself that it is OK to ask Spybot to "fix" this problem, and that it's not going to delete some necessary file or something.

Would this entry likely mean that some unwanted malware has changed this file and that Spybot is going to change it back, or something like that?

BTW windows have been opening up as little tiny bars which then need to be found and maximized, if that's relevant.

In a situation like this, the first thing I do is google the filename. This page indicates that it is adware. Sounds like you should remove it.
