Subject: Ipod shuffle help

just got an ipod as a grad gift and I downloaded music for it. Then i transferred the music to the ipod. When I try to play it, it says there is an error. IF I connect the ipod to the USB port all the songs play. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or how to fix this? Thanks |

I had the same problem and exchanged my new Ipod for another new one and have had no problems since.
