I download the free trial version of Spysweeper and it finally removed the lousy piece of adware/malware that was slowing down my system and giving me annoying popups.
SSQPM.DLL was the culprit and was always using winlogon.exe to reload back into memory everytime the other spyware programs removed it.
download from:
spysweeper
select the free trial option
I unplugged from the internet
ran the spysweep
removed the files it found
rebooted
reran the scan
deleted all the ssqpm.dll.avb* files
reran the scan
and there was no trace of ssqpm.dll
