0 Subject: Finding & Renaming a file on a Mac

I'm trying to help my sister, who has a Mac computer. She needs to find a file, and then rename it. We know the current name of the file, but she doesn't know which directory it is in. She is essentially clueless about her computer, but I'm essentially clueless about Macs.

I assume that finding a file and renaming it is a simple process. Any Mac users out there who can help?

Not a MAC user, but if I was, this looks like it makes sense.
