Subject: Looking for cheap fax utility

When reinstalling my operating system, I don't seem to have any built-in fax software, although I do have a dial-up modem with fax capability. I used to have a fax program that I could access in lieu of a printer.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a cheap (i.e., free) option that doesn't load me up with adware? I probably send less than 10 faxes per year, so I don't need anything slick. Just a basic program to do the job. |

I just found that there is a basic fax utility on the Windows XP installation CD, which will do.
Still curious to know if anyone uses something with a little nicer interface.
