hi,
Just 2 days back i bought a Intel Dual Core 2.8Ghz processor and Intel D945GNT mb.
After completion of installin win xp media centre edition i tried to install the drivers for audio and display using the given CD in inside the mb box.... But i was Shocked to realize that when i put the Driver CD given along in the mb box to flag the following error... Current System is not an Intel(R) Desktop Board. - (A044412A) http://i8.tinypic.com/2ikuxrb.jpg
So have i been cheated even though i was given a Intel original mb box??
Anyways in my urgency to make things work then i manually managed to install the Ethernet driver and the Display Driver. But when i tried to install the audio drivers i was shown the error that it doesnt support the board detected.
WHAT'S HAPPENIN HERE ???
Here are the images givin the details about my mb got from SisSandra http://i7.tinypic.com/315mpt1.jpg http://i6.tinypic.com/2uqelwy.jpg http://i1.tinypic.com/2zxsbpg.jpg
Is it a driver problem or a much bigger one of being duped??
Plz help !! Thanx in advance |

interesting problem you have here, do you have a regular copy of windows? you may want to try and install it instead of the media center. media center is notorious for not working with hardware even those designed for it.

I found that connector you were looking for Cindy, is this the thing you were looking for? www.liangdianup.com/computeraccessories_1.htm
It's on the list of computer accessories and parts. They have the DVI video thing to convert that jap monitor to work with your other computer. Just about any other kind of wire adaptor, usb connectors, monitor extension wires, ps2 extention wires, and all kinds of female and male swap connectors and things that I think would help your shop. If that above link don't work then goto www.lducompany.com and click on computer accessories. Let me know if that is what you need and give me your email address again.
