0 Subject: reinstalling my ethernet card drivers

Ok, long story short my ISP (namely a high up technician) told me that my ethernet card is only receiving 44% of what it should be from my cable modem.

He recommended reinstalling my drivers for my card. I am not sure exactly how to do that.

If it helps I have: Realtek RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC
1R9

Realtek website with latest driver files.

The top one would seem to be the best fit, assuming your running a Windows-based system. Just download it and run the .exe file and reboot, and thats about it. :)
