Received this today. Below is the text of the email, plus my reply. I'm bored and curious.

Dispensing large sums of money is always a worthwhile cause, though I am curious why you are not donating to charities in your own country or that have to do with your disease. What you listed seems rather random.
More information on what would be required of the person who is 'willing to help dispense' your funds would be appreciated.

I don't know who is worse, the idiots who come up with these lame scams (and the fake stories they write up) or the hundreds of people who believe them. I think it is obvious that they wouldn't keep using these scams if they weren't having success (almost 5 years and still going strong). I imagine it could be fun messing with these guys, but probably not worth your time. I bet you could google and find an email addy where to forward the scam and let authorities deal with it.
