Subject: help with missing file

hi guys. long time no see. most dont remember me anyway but i have a prob on my laptop. I get this message: windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: windows root system 32 hal.dll... i dont have any clue where my recovery disc is. am i screwed? thx in advance. |
