I was curious if anyone knows how to "create a gadget" that could concievably add RotoGuru to my iGoogle homepage... or if this is something Guru would need to develop? iGoogle info for developers I love to have the rotoguru blurb appear on my iGoogle homepage each time its updated... or even a preview of the Message Forum which I would then click into.

On a side note... iGoogle is pretty awesome, anyone else using it nowadays?
And for those NOT using it - yes these amazing things are possible. And it blows myYahoo out of the water.
I say that as I finish playing Super Mario on my homepage lol...

And having it as an available gadget seems like to might add a little traffic to the RotoGuru site too... I know I've been searching for things to add to my homepage and found lots of new interesting sites when I search "game" or "news" or "sports" etc looking for things worth an add.

I just looked a bit into it and would say the easiest way is that Guru supplies a RSS-feed for the daily blurbs. then you can use any of the already existing RSS-gadgets with all of its features.

the preview of any RotoGuru message forum can be done already because they already provide RSS-feeds.

I don't mean to ignore this idea. There may be something I can do - although some investigation is needed, and the beginning of baseball season is not the optimum time for me to be looking at new things. I'll put it on my "to do" list.

Youngroman is correct that the easiest iGoogle integration is the forum, which already generates RSS feeds for each thread, each forum, and all forums combined. These have been in place for several years, and should allow you to customize your iGoogle views to focus on the particular forum activity that is most interesting to you.

For me, I know I'd want the "Index of Forum Topics" page... that would be perfect. Thats the page I have bookmarked anyway. So if I could glance at it via my iGoogle homepage its going to make it that much easier to have something catch my eye and then I'll click into it.

I found that connector you were looking for
Cindy, is this the thing you were looking for?
www.liangdianup.com/computeraccessories_1.htm

It's on the list of computer accessories and parts. They have the DVI video thing to convert that jap monitor to work with your other computer. Just about any other kind of wire adaptor, usb connectors, monitor extension wires, ps2 extention wires, and all kinds of female and male swap connectors and things that I think would help your shop. If that above link don't work then goto www.lducompany.com and click on computer accessories. Let me know if that is what you need and give me your email address again.
