I got this from a friend who I had just emailed through Yahoo.

Sure sounds like it. But it may not be.
PostX Encryption Technology is legit, but I don't like getting e-mails like this. Why did it come that way? Was it sent from a work e-mail? It probably came from a work e-mail where the company has it built in to their e-mail.
I'd either delete it (safe move) or contact the friend via phone or seperate e-mail and ask about it (safe move too).
