Hi Guys, I was hopig someone would be able to assist me with a graph I have for work.
I have created a graph to track results in a report. The report used to run monthly, but recently changed to quarterly.

So my table has the months, June, July August, September, December.

But when i am creating the line graph, it has June, July, August September, October, November, December. I can't figure out how to remove October/November.

Does anyone know how?

Hey beebop, whenever I have excel problems I go to this Excel forum that has alot of excel experts willing to help.

As for your question, I don't think its as simple as just pulling out Oct/Nov, but more to do with the the rows/columns being referenced for the table and such. I'd probably have to see it. The Excel forum guys may have a much easier solution or explanation though.

Why dont you create another column and label it 4th quarter?
Then have it be the sum of Oct/Nov/Dec and then dont select those months when you do your graph.

Im not sure im following weykool? That is my problem, in the table where the data is, i do not have any columns for Oct/Nov there, but it is showing in the graph, which i find strange.

I will give your idea a go and change name the December column something else. Ill check back in a couple days to let you know how it goes. Its at work, so have no access for a couple days now.

Thanks!
