My Windows Player downloads and runs all WMV clips real good and real fast. But MPEGS take forever to download on my Real Player and then when they play, I can't get them to re-play without reloading the whole thing all over again. Why is that? |

Because RealPlayer sucks. Go download Quicktime and let it run all your MPEGs. Other than the annoying "Upgrade" start screen, it's great.

And make sure that your browser knows which to use; Use RealPlayer only for Real content (if that).
