Subject: Keyboard Issue

Help me please! I was online on my home PC last night when in the middle of my session, my E, instead of producing an E, grabbed the My Computer box, as if I had just clicked on it's icon. My M does the same thing but all the other letters look OK. Might this be a case of my keyboard being dirty or do I have serious problems? Thanks Mac Daddy |

Might be dirty. Restarting windows often fixes weird things like that. If it is a wireless keyboard, try resetting the frequency. Or new batteries.

Another thing to try-- check to make sure no other keys are stuck down. sometimes my control and shift keys get stuck down.
It may be worth it to get a new keyboard.
How much do those wireless ones cost nowadays?

If you spilled anything on your keyboard, nothing will screw if up faster than liquid getting inside and shorting out the circuits. I burned up 2 keyboards by spilling stuff on them.
