Anyone know how in a excel sheet I can change the row titles on top which read A, B, C etc to whatever I want ??

I don't know that you can do that. Generally, row one is used for titles, then you can freeze those rows (window->freeze panes, with the cursor in the cell just below and to the right of what you want to freeze). You can also specify that you are using row 1 as a header row in the sorts.

Those row headers are essential for use navigation and formulas in excel. Changing them would be chaos.
