Subject: Remembering Passwords

My computer has always stored passwords for the various sites that need them.
Now, however, the box comes up asking if I want to save the password, and though I click "Yes," the next time I go back to the site, it is not stored, (and the box comes up again asking the same question). I am wondering if there is some setting I need to fix that when I click on "Yes," the passwords will actually be stored. |

Assuming IE:
Tools
Internet Options
Content (Tab)
Auto Complete... (Button)
Prompt me to save passwords (Check Box)
I think that is what you are asking for.

RSF-- thanks for the help, but it's not quite what I'm looking for.
The settings are correct for it to save passwords, however, when a password is "saved" and I go back to the site, it doesn't remember the password, and it asks me if I want to save it again. This is an endless cycle.

Chuck, you may have checked this already, but are you set up to accept cookies from this site?
Going to almost the same place as RSF suggested,
Tools
Internet Options
Privacy (Tab)
Then you can adjust your level of accepting cookies. If you have it on anything less than "Accept All Cookies", you can manually override cookies from just that site or any other specific site using the edit button towards the bottom.
