Subject: GURU: Lost basketball action threads?

Guru,
I was searching for some information I had posted about 4-6 weeks ago in a "tonights action thread" using the filter at the bottom. When I couldn't find the thread I wanted, I went back page by page. I noticed that almost all of the "Tonight's Action Threads" are gone. Is this done on purpose? Are they too big of a drain on bandwidth? Or is this something that you are unaware of?

RFS - I think I deletes the action threads as a matter of course, when he is cleaning up the forum and making space.

I try to clean up the more active forums every few weeks or so, deleting most of the threads that appear to be principally related to a prior time period. Action threads are almost always deleted once they are at least a week old.
The issue isn't bandwidth. It's just disk space and processing resources.
